The biggest money-saver, I think, is limitting the eating (and drinking) out. The cost difference is enormous.

PB&J gotta love it!

PB&J for lunch saves a TON of money over eating out, even if you're just hitting fast food joints.

Not to mention it's way healthier! Sandwich + apple is my favorite!

It's so obvious, but paying your credit card bills on time, fully, saves an enormous amount of money.

The other way to look at it is not to think of credit cards as a way to borrow money, but just as a way to postpone paying because you don't have enough cash in your pocket today.
