Going back to school to get a job

"While some people choose to train for professions that build upon the skills they already have, others make radical career changes." I know a lot of unemployed people who have started taking classes. Either via online education sources or at local community colleges. Their goal is to add new or differentiating skills that will make them more attractive to their next employer.
