Perhaps you could add a statement of your goals and objectives - what kind of job you are looking for now.

I would give the dates of your earlier experience too.

Add your formal education, assuming you have college.

Hello - My first thought is it's a little dense. As a hiring manager with limited attention span and many resumes to review, as bad as it sounds, this resume looks like a lot of reading... On the pro experience section, I would shorten the intro's and then knock each down to 5 bullets. Then maybe you could add a section for areas of expertise where you list skills and then how you used them rather than just a list of areas of expertise at the top. Hope this helps!
