Format? Are my job responsibilities in enough detail? Should I list my college clubs even though I have been out of college for two years now?

In answer to your questions, the format is good, and the job responsibilities. Being only two years out of college, your clubs are still relevant. Later on, other things may take their place.

This is a good resume overall.
I would avoid superlatives like "that is unmatched". How can you know it's unmatched?
I was a little bothered to see that you list your MS, only to read further that it doesn't start for 6 months. Put your batchelors first, and then make it clear that you are planning to continue your education.
