Save Money on Groceries

You probably get two or three or more flyers each week from different grocery stores. Pick your favorite store and then review their specials for the week. Then plan your meals for the week around the specials. Instead of picking up one or two items that are on special, why not make all of your meals around everything that's on special? This is a good starting point for grocery savings. I would also recommend trying to go to the store with less frequency. Once a week is a good target. That way you save on the overhead costs of time and transportation to the store. And you will be less prone to impulse buys if you are there less frequently.
